Today I met a friend after around 15 years. We used to live in the same street where my parental house was. We did recognise each other, but he hesitated to come forward. I initiated the talk and we had a great 10-minute conversation. It turned out he is a CA running his firm here and has built his house nearby. With no intention of meeting him for work, I guess we would be closing a deal soon. 30 lacs business closed.
